Since this page is a replacement for having an extra article for each applications, I prefer Template:Gallery over Help:Gallery tag. User:ScotXWt@lk 14:36, 15 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Confusing GNOME Core release sets and design goals

edit

This page confuses the applications actually in the GNOME core release set (i.e the apps GNOME actually ships) with aims of the GNOME design team. The former is effective specified by the gnome gnome-build-meta GitLab project. The latter (as specified by this page linked to in the article) are mockups for possible apps produced by the design team, many of which don't actually exist today, let alone get shipped.

This page should be cleaned up to reflect either one or the other, or at least clearly delineate between the two.

King's Cross

edit

On the homepage[1], GNOME Terminal is not listed anymore, and has been replaced with "Console", which is GNOME Console, also known as King's Cross[2]. I don't know if it's being replaced or not. This needs to be investigated. 172.218.5.205 (talk) 02:58, 25 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
