Talk:GP2 Asia Series

Latest comment: 7 years ago by InternetArchiveBot in topic External links modified

Still some problems with this article, as to the definition of an 'Asian' driver. Confirmation of whether GP2's racing system (feature/sprint race with reverse grids and different points systems) is duplicated exactly would be useful, as would some details on the 2009 season.

Worse, it is not clear enough as to whether drivers from Africa or Eastern Europe are acceptable as the non-Western driver (especially as Turkey and Russia are singled out), and what about Western-born drivers of Asian descent? --MartinUK (talk) 21:38, 17 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

It is really unclear. The current wording would e.g. imply that teams with Robert Kubica, Mark Webber, Will Power, Jonny Reid, Adrian Zaugg etc would be "asian", while running Ho-Pin Tung wouldn't be ok since he has a dutch passport. /Coffeeshivers (talk) 09:26, 14 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
