Giolitos's device
editAlthough Gabriele early on used a device with his father's initials ("IGF" = Ioannes Giolito de' Ferrari; see Ascarelli, La Tipografica Cinquecentina Italiana), I though it would be less confusing to substitute a device with Gabriele's initials. Of course, the firm used many devices over the years. Ecphora (talk) 05:15, 24 December 2009 (UTC)
