Bicentennial quarter vs. None from 1955 to 1981
editAccording to the article, "No commemorative coins were struck from 1955 until after the Treasury Department changed its position in 1981." However, the page for commemorative coins pictures the bicentennial quarter which was issued in 1976. I don't know enough about coins to fix this, but the two pages contradict each other.
- It is a circulating commemorative, which is not considered part of the commemorative coin series, but part of the series of Washington quarter and so forth.--Wehwalt (talk) 05:07, 9 August 2019 (UTC)
Error
editWhat should be done about the "Check date values in: |date=" error displayed near the bottom of the article? ---Another Believer (Talk) 18:42, 10 April 2019 (UTC)
- I don't plan to do anything. The information is correct, it's just a question of formatting, something that does not affect the reader. I could remove the 10, but that would cost the reader information.--Wehwalt (talk) 05:52, 13 April 2019 (UTC)
