Qayqu (Ancash) → Gaico – The name used in official maps is Gaico. – Frank R 1981 (talk) 23:16, 18 August 2016 (UTC)
- This is a contested technical request (permalink). EdJohnston (talk) 02:49, 19 August 2016 (UTC)
- Comment: While it's believable that Gaico is the best English rendering, what will we do about Qayqu (disambiguation)? This should have a discussion. If the mountains listed on this DAB page are all distinct, should they all continue to be known as Qayqu? EdJohnston (talk) 02:49, 19 August 2016 (UTC)
- I can see what you're talking about. The name Gaico redirects to the DAB Qayqu page. None of those mountains are officially known as such. The name Gaico is only applied to this mountain, as it is shown in official maps.Frank R 1981 (talk) 17:09, 19 August 2016 (UTC)
