editthe gooses did not form before 1947,,they try to back date it so they can say they are older than the boozefighters,,the gooses were not at holister,,tho some future members were there,,it was bfers and yellowjackets mostly,, 72.22.210.37 (talk) 17:56, 8 October 2012 (UTC)

editThe GGMC did start before 1947, I know for a fact, because my father was a founding member. He told me he/they were at Hollister. 69.131.225.203 (talk) 19:09, 1 September 2014 (UTC)We still have the original patch, which has changed. They also spent a lot of time in FL around Jacksonville, FL. before and after the war.
