Move?
editJames Gamble Rogers IV → Gamble Rogers —
- This is how he is known Bubba73 (You talkin' to me?), 03:00, 4 May 2010 (UTC) Bubba73 (You talkin' to me?), 03:00, 4 May 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, this is how he is known, but an alias (i.e. forward the Gamble Rogers entry to the presently named article) from Gamble Rogers to James Gamble Rogers IV would be more precise. Others may know him by the latter, which is more precise. I see no reason to move. Machawk1 (talk) 13:35, 4 May 2010 (UTC)

"public radio"?
editWhy does the term "public radio" link to NPR? NPR is one entity within public radio but absolutely no way all of public radio. What the writer clearly means is small-p "public" (or noncommercial) radio. Rogers may have appeared on NPR eventually, but it was the non-NPR public stations who were actually playing him regularly. I was with one of them. This is sadly part of the dumbing-down that seeks to equate NPR with all public radio and PBS with all public television. It's a disservice. I'd change it myself if there was an edit button. 72.250.254.123 (talk) 00:50, 5 September 2011 (UTC)
- I have updated the link. Thanks for the catch. - Machawk1 (talk) 19:45, 16 September 2012 (UTC)
