In regards to the section at the bottom needing citation

I think the study they are referring to is this one http://www.moh.govt.nz/moh.nsf/pagesmh/10190/$File/study-community-level-harm-gambling.pdf From Massey University to the Ministry of Health. I haven't had the time to read it, and I understand it isn't without its flaws.
