Gaston Allaire continued research into the late 2007's . He continued maintaining his website where he presented this research. I have his Bibliography, and copies of the documents, however the link to his website is no longer available. These documents are available only at the Library of Congress or through me and others who may hold paper copies - perhaps in his Fond at the Canadian National Library -.
Having uploaded much of my personal research to Rg recently, I have re-directed many researchers to WIKI to view his biography and access his web publications(as you can see in recent traffic). I had accessed his web archive through WIKI a while back (maybe last year) why was this link removed? Is it possible to bring it back?
