Gene White → Gene White (basketball player) – Between this pair of stubs (Gene White and Gene White (American football)) I am not seeing a primary topic, particularly considering the existence of Eugene White and the potential for confusion with Jean White (disambiguation). - Support and would also support the streamlined form Gene White → Gene White (basketball) per entries under Category:Basketball players from Indiana, paired with creation of a Gene White or Eugene White disambiguation page that would list all three men as well as similar names under section header "See also".
