Thanks for an interesting article! What are the restrictions on the Lie algebra g? Is it acceptable that g is a real Lie algebra? Ulner 21:01, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
- Hi, sorry for not answering sooner. In the definition, there is no problem when g is a real Lie algebra. Further, all the properties of GVM homomorphisms are true for komplex representations of real Lie algebras, because the GVM associated to a komplex rep. of a real Lie algebra are naturally isomorphic to GVM's associated to the complexification of the original Lie algebra (the representation remaining the same). If you have real representation of real Lie algebra, then I'm not sure if the description of GVM homomorphisms is so easy. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Franp9am (talk • contribs) 21:46, 6 May 2008 (UTC)
