don't say Velcro video
one of my favorite examples of efforts to combat this phenomenon comes from the legal department of the Velcro company, in which their lawyers did an entire song and dance musical number (not even counting the follow-up video responding to negative feedback they got from Internet trolls) about why genericide of their trademark for hook-and-loop fasteners (which, to be fair, they did invent themselves!) leads to extra work for them. Is there any way some sort of reference to this video could be worked into the corresponding section of article? It's a prime example of the lengths to which a company may go to protect their brand, so I thought it could be useful.
