editI've removed the following statement from the article: "The numbers on the blocks are the same as the numbers they correspond to on the track list page." My main beef with this is that I count 10 shapes on the album cover, and there are only 8 tracks on the album. A reference for this would help. Robotman1974 09:15, 25 December 2006 (UTC)
- I'm not sure how to "reference" something like this, but I for one can verify that it's true. If you haven't seen the track list page for this album, click here:
- As you can see, there is a track number printed on each shape, as well as a '10' on the star shape next to the production credit. The Shape-O toy has the same exact numbers printed on their corresponding blocks. Perhaps someone else who owns both the toy and the album can confirm this? Jphillst 22:25, 27 December 2006 (UTC)
- I was mistaken. The statement doesn't refer to the album cover. Robotman1974 22:55, 27 December 2006 (UTC)
- I have taken the liberty of changing the last sentence of the introduction to adequately and accurately identify the product. It is not from the game "Perfection", as written before. It is, as debated above, the Shape-O toy ball. Kagurae (talk) 22:37, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Genesis83.jpg
editImage:Genesis83.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Tour section
editSeems too long and excessively detailed compared to the rest of the article. 123.243.37.236 (talk) 07:05, 18 January 2011 (UTC)
- All of the [Phil Collins fronted] Genesis album articles include a similar Tour section, and I am personally pleased when they include a setlist, as this shows which songs were dropped/reintroduced over the years and which parts of which songs were included in the various medley's. Interested readers are generally probably already familiar with the subject but would like to see this encyclopaedic detail.
- 6 of the 8 album tracks have their own articles, which balances the length of the Tour section, in my opinion. Gandru (talk) 12:36, 18 January 2011 (UTC)
Home By The Sea
editIt's obviously about an old people's home and told from the perspective of someone losing their memory. Ghosts? If there are any, it's a metaphor for those the person has lost or thinks they have lost. 2A00:23C8:3D0E:F701:58B7:81F6:4672:3C03 (talk) 08:19, 11 May 2023 (UTC)
