editThanks to all the help so far in editing, this is the first article I have created from scratch on Wikipedia, naturally I was unsure about content, referencing and style, so I appreciate the whittling down of irrelevant aspects. If editors are happy with revisions, is it possible to remove notifications from the header of the page, or to advise on further editing that is required on the part of the chief editor?

- Hello, and thanks for contributing. A few things need to be sorted out first:
- How is he notable as an WP:AUTHOR?
- WP:Reliable, WP:Secondary, sources are needed: all are WP:PRIMARY so far
- You appear to have a WP:Conflict of interest with the subject: are you Geoff Holder? Please be careful to maintain a WP:Neutral point of view, as the first draft of the article had a highly WP:PROMO tone to it. Thanks, Gurt Posh (talk) 12:13, 7 June 2011 (UTC)
Thank you Gurt Posh for all the help. To answer your questions above,
- Firstly no I am not Geoff Holder, I am a fan who has been able to get an interview with the author, and gathered information from across the internet concerning him so as to create this page.
- I believe Mr. Holder is notable as he has written and published more than twenty books, and has a strong public presence in this regard, along with his considerable public appearances in the UK, he has been reviewed and commended by many literary sources, organisations and publications as a strong contemporary author on his chosen field, and as the article states has written and produced public domain documentaries in his genre for highly notable television channels.
- I apologise also for the first draft, as I have said I am completely new to wikipedia publication and hence sought guidance on how to approach an article, and once again I offer my sincere thanks for helping me create a factual, informative and objective article.
- Finally, I will acquire more sources for citations and references as best I can.

- Excellent, thank you! Please feel free to ask at my talk page if you have any more questions. Gurt Posh (talk) 12:31, 7 June 2011 (UTC)
