editYesterday I noticed that My Blue Heaven (song) was linked to the wrong George Whiting. I decided to fix this (Be Bold!).
I may be in over my head, but at least the corrected links now point to something.
I will try to bring this up to something approaching the lowest standards of Wikipedia over the next few days.

Real name
editHello. I've restored the item I canceled earlier this morning because some web entries make me think that the Whiting's real name is actually George Edward Bernhamer (not Burnhamer):
- on familysearch.org: WWI Draft Registration Card of a George Edward Bernhamer, born August 16, 1882, actor for United Booking Office (UBO) (famous in vaudeville world).
- on same website: Marriage of a George Edward Bernhamer and a Sadie Burt on April 18, 1918 in Lake County, Indiana. Not much informations so not sure these are the good ones.
- on archive.org: a "Bernhamer, George E. (Whiting)" in Fifty years of St. Cecile Lodge, about masonic lodge for artists in New York.
Not valid sources for Wikipedia, unfortunately, but clues? Regards, Xavier 90.13.197.169 (talk) 10:05, 1 March 2022 (UTC)
