Why don't we use this portrait of Chapman? It's much better and much clearer and more pleasant. Does anyone know who it was done by? I think we'd need that information before uploading it. Please let me know on my Talk page if anyone knows the artist. Or, feel free to upload it yourself if you know the artist. The source page does not have attribution info.
