Building update

edit

Note: As of July, 2006, there is a rebuilding fund dedicated to the late David Whitney, the consulting curator who teamed with Eugene Hecht, an Ohr expert and author, and ultimately Frank Gehry, the designer of the planned opening exhibition of pottery in the future George Ohr Gallery. To donate to the fund, write: Ohr-O'Keefe Museum of Art, 136 G.E. Ohr St., Biloxi, MS 39530.

I added a photo I took of the site of the new building for the Ohr-O'Keefe Museum to the main article. It shows Gehry's Pods and a bit of the rest of the site. The photo was taken in April 2008. --Friejose (talk) 14:00, 9 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Pictures of His Work

Hey, let's actually see some of his work. It's really important. Gingermint (talk) 03:23, 27 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Pun?

Is 'broke new ground' a pun?

Updates

edit

Added a bunch of citations and text to the article, and it is no longer a stub, so changed the designation to "start." Also, cleaned up this talk page a bit by adding headers and the like, although no text was removed. -- Friejose (talk) 16:11, 7 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Source for statement?

edit

"Some consider him the father of the American Abstract-Expressionism movement." What is the source? What is the reference? Trilobitealive (talk) 02:56, 22 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
