ISBNs
editThe International Standard Book Number system was created in 1966 and standardized in 1970. Most of Stewart's books were published before the system was in place, and thus do not have ISBNs. His last books, published after 1970 (and those reprinted after that date), do have ISBNs, and they will be added to the article. Dwalls (talk) 05:42, 15 June 2009 (UTC)
- Thank you. From what I already knew about ISBNs, I assumed that they could be applied retroactively. I guess not. Mapsax (talk) 22:16, 15 June 2009 (UTC)

East of the Giants
editI corrected the title and date for East of the Giants. I'm confident of the change because I'm staring at a first edition copy that I just finished reading. There's quite a few places on the web showing the incorrect title (missing "the"); I don't know whether WP is the original source of these, but it's clear that WP has been passing it on, for example to Goodreads.com, whose blurb on the book is clearly derived from WP. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Paleolith (talk • contribs) 04:10, 25 September 2020 (UTC)
