Review

Upon inspection, many unsourced statements were found throughout the article. These may have crept in during your wait for review, but unfortunately they are grounds for a quick fail for lack of citations.

I would also recommend that you give serious consideration to splitting out "child articles" from this "parent". With over 200,000 bytes, I have serious doubts that this article could load over a dial-up connection--at least in a timely manner. Also, a shorter article, once resubmitted, is more likely to be reviewed in a timely fashion.Georgejdorner (talk) 00:49, 19 February 2018 (UTC)

@Georgejdorner:As per your recommendations, I have added more cites and reduced some of the lengthy prose. Most of the missing cites were actually from the preceding statements.

I did attempt to split out child articles, but there are only a limited number of them, such as the History of George Town, Penang, Culture of Penang and Transportation in Penang; I am pretty sure I have maxed out on those child articles. So at the moment I am trying to shorten the prose of sections in which the child articles are already present.Vnonymous (talk) 13:02, 19 February 2018 (UTC)
