Reviewer: Wizardman Operation Big Bear 02:54, 6 June 2010 (UTC) Overall this is a good article, though I do have the following concerns:
- Any early life/personal info on him? It's probably sparse given his type of position but asking nonetheless.
- Not that I've been able to find, except for a short bit that I've now added under a "Personal life" section. — Hunter Kahn 13:57, 6 June 2010 (UTC)
- "and was the Johnstown city council" do you mean city councilman?
- Yup, that's my mistake. I fixed it. — Hunter Kahn 13:57, 6 June 2010 (UTC)
- I made some other tweaks, but I found no other major errors, so as a result I'm passing this article. Wizardman Operation Big Bear 15:06, 6 June 2010 (UTC)

This article contains two photographs, neither of which are of the subject of this biographical article and thus seem gratuitous. Please consider removing them. The photos depict (1) a statue of Penn State's Nittany Lion and (2) an ex-governor.
