Im removing the paragraph on realtionship with students, seems a tad trite, not really up to standards anyway.
Anyone know if this is the same Gerard Casey who founded the Christian Solidarity Party? The article used to say it was, but that was removed by Gncasey (talk·contribs) so I'm hesitant to add it back in for WP:BLP reasons. (I can find plenty of sources about a Gerard Casey founding the CSP, just not about this particular Gerard Casey founding it.) Demiurge20:38, 28 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
The person referred to as being 'personally or professionally connected' with the subject of the article is the subject of the article. Please note the following:
the subject of the article didn't start it. He would be very happy if it disappeared altogether but, since this doesn't seem to be possible, he has taken the liberty of keeping it accurate and reasonably up-to-date. If others wish to undertake this task, he is only to happy to relinquish it to them, reserving the right to correct errors of fact
in keeping the article accurate and up-to-date, the subject of this article was not aware of transgressing any rule or procedure
the content of the article is purely factual: name, rank and serial number; it contains no evaluation of any kind, positive or negative
material was/is removed because it was/is either out of date or inaccurate. In particular, the claim that Gerard Casey was the founder of the CSP is not correct. He was chairman of a party (The Christian Centrist Party) that changed its name to the Christian Solidarity Party. He has had no connection with this party since 1999
there is nothing in this factually descriptive article which is not verifiable. That being so, the subject of this article would be happy to see the removal of the 'health warnings' at the start of the article — Preceding unsigned comment added by Caseygn (talk • contribs) 22:03, 10 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
