editI did not create the page but I am contesting its speedy deletion as I believe the subject matter has merit. I will try to resolve the matter by using publicly obtained and properly cited information.

There are no facts to confirm these statements:
- c) cut the number of factories from 269 to 160
- d) sold a number of low-growth businesses such as fax machines
