I removed the speedy deletion tag. The page is a stub and should be expanded rather than deleted. The tag was placed because there was no indication of the notability of the subject of the article. The Spanish Wikipedia, however, includes enough information to suggest (at least to me) that this artist meets the minimum criterion of notability. He was awarded the gold medal from the Royal Academy of Munich, and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Mexico, he taught a number of noteworthy Mexican artists. Ucanlookitup (talk)
