Article Overhaul

This article was/is in pretty rough shape. The grammar and organization were awful, and it didn't cite any sources. I attempted to clean it up a bit and give it some semblance of quality. However, I don't know much about DFKI, so the only edits I could make are those that don't directly tie in to the subject matter.

The article also fails to cite any sources whatsoever. I tagged it as such, but, once again, I don't have the topical knowledge it takes to actually track down sources of information for DFKI. Rename Page Title

I would like to change the "Centre" in the page title "German Research Centre for Artificial Intelligence" to "Center", because this is the official version of the institute's name according to the American English variant.
