Richard L. Fox.
editI'm not sure why "The deal was completed with the help of Dilworth Paxson lawyer Richard L. Fox" is significant to understanding Lenfest's donation of the Philadelphia Inquirer. That a lawyer would negotiate this deal is routine and obvious, and neither Dilworth Paxson nor Richard L. Fox are especially noteworthy. The source only briefly mentions Fox, and gives very little detail about his role in this. If additional sources provide any context, they could be included, but right now this appears to be an attempt to promote Fox or his firm at the expense of WP:NPOV.
