Baroness Denman?

edit

Why would she be called Baroness Denman ? As the wife of a Baron, she would be called Lady Denman. Eregli bob (talk) 04:53, 12 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

The most formal style of address of a Baroness is: "The Right Honourable Mary Jane Berkeley, Baroness Berkeley". Another form of written address: "The Right Honourable The Lady Berkeley" or "The Right Honourable The Baroness Berkeley". In a verbal communication: "Lady Berkeley" or "Baroness Berkeley". Since the Peerage Act 1963, and the growing numbers of female life peers, the use of the continental style of 'Baroness' instead of 'Lady' (in case a less form of written address or in a verbal communication). I understand none of the intricacies of titles, but can we please at least have the page name and the introductory sentence match? --Khajidha (talk) 13:00, 12 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

I need some help with the formatting of the photo in the new info box. Can someone help? Thanks Carey3146 (talk) 16:41, 5 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

Simplest is to let the infobox do the work. Is there some specific "format" that you're trying to achieve? Mitch Ames (talk) 00:24, 6 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
It’s all fixed now. Thank you for your guidance. Carey3146 (talk) 09:12, 6 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
