Opening statement
editIn reviews I conduct, I may make small copyedits. These will only be limited to spelling and punctuation (removal of double spaces and such). I will only make substantive edits that change the flow and structure of the prose if I previously suggested and it is necessary. For replying to Reviewer comment, please use Done,
Fixed,

Not done,
Doing..., or
Removed, followed by any comment you'd like to make. I will be crossing out my comments as they are redressed, and only mine. A detailed, section-by-section review will follow. —♠Vami_IV†♠ 20:01, 8 April 2020 (UTC)
- @Vami IV: Thank you for the thorough review. I believe I have addressed the points below. Cheers! MX (✉ • ✎) 19:43, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
Prose
editIn 2010, the U.S. Department of the Treasury sanctioned Barragán Balderas under the Kingpin Act and froze all of his U.S-based assets. It prohibited U.S. citizens and entities from conducting business with him.
Condense.
Relevant pictures should be added to break up the walls of text.
Done I've added a public domain pic with the leadership chart of the Gulf Cartel/Zetas where the subject is shown too.
Los Zetas should be linked at its first mention in the article text, in "Early life and background", rather than in "Career and indictments".
an AR-15 rifle with two embedded chargers [...] two .9 mm handguns with embedded chargers
What's a charger in this context?
Fixed I'm not an expert in firearms, but I googled it to make sure and apparently it is known as a "charging handle". In Spanish the text simple says cargadores.
- After doing my own translation, I found that the cited article says "an AR-15 assault rifle with two supplied magazines". –♠Vami_IV†♠ 20:06, 13 April 2020 (UTC)
- Thank you, I've amended it to that now. MX (✉ • ✎) 23:06, 14 April 2020 (UTC)
