I really don't know why people are struggling with this concept, the player has contracted to join Liverpool on 1st July 2025 and remains with Valencia until then. @Frost and 91.125.246.69, it's confusing especially since there were sources during the negotiations saying that a sticking point was who would pay his wages, but your newer sources are solid, so ok unless there is some clarification the other way, you can reinstate your changes.
