- ... that the final silent film directed by Giulia Cassini Rizzotto (pictured) was partly funded by the Vatican and featured Italian aristocrats? Source: source here
- Reviewed: Template:Did you know nominations/Southern corroboree frog
- Comment: she was one of the first Italian women film directors. Article by a newbie. Please fix errors and improve if you can.

- Interesting life, on few but good sources, no copyvio obvious. The hook is acceptable but would be better if mentioned that some characters are penniless aristocrats. The image is licensed and would illustrate not only her but also the period. - Article, I did some copy-editing, but more would be needed for which I have no time right now.
- Please have Piccola Manon (or La Piccola Manon) consistent.
- The article seems to be translated from Italian, that needs to be attributed on the talk by {{translated}}.
- I bet that some people with red links have articles in Italian, - please then use {{ill}}.
- All film titles should be italic.
- Some films have articles in Italian, - if also in English, please link those, if not use ill.
- Thanks to all for bringing her to our attention. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 09:52, 16 April 2022 (UTC)
- @Gerda Arendt: Good points Gerda, thank you - as you note, I am only the nominator. Are any of these important to pass DYK rules? This is a work in progress which I believe are still acceptable to the project. Do feel free to edit the article. DYK allows this. Victuallers (talk) 10:07, 16 April 2022 (UTC)
- I won't have time until after Easter (which would be Tuesday, in Germany). I spent some time copy-editing (please check if correcting), but have no more time now. If the first user was around, they could learn something. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 10:10, 16 April 2022 (UTC)
- One more: the films (in the lists) need a reference, that's required. The attribution of a translation is a must, asap. Italics and inter-language links are not strictly required, but the former good for consistency, the other plain helpful for any reader. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 10:14, 16 April 2022 (UTC)
- @Gerda Arendt: Thanks. All the required points are now dealt with, have a great Easter. Thank you for raising those extra points too. Thank you for copy edits etc. Victuallers (talk) 11:30, 16 April 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks for the film edits. I added the attribution on the talk, and made the few remaining ones italic. Until it hits the Main page, we really should have ill links. - Happy Easter, will sing Hallelujah Chorus tonight, something that hasn't happened in years, - singing for Easter not since 2019, and that piece I don't remember. A good start! --Gerda Arendt (talk) 11:46, 16 April 2022 (UTC)
