Looks to be defunct
editFrom https://theworld.org/programs/globalpost (what www.globalpost.com redirects to), it says "Boston public media producer WGBH acquired GlobalPost in 2015 and its reporting capacity was integrated into PRI’s global news platforms and operations." 2605:A000:BFC0:35:510B:62AC:1E48:33AB (talk) 11:59, 15 October 2023 (UTC)
This seems like it's from the company
editThis post seems like it came from the company's PR people. Thoughts? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 411eli (talk • contribs) 03:49, 6 January 2012 (UTC)
- I totally agree, anyone want to fix this up, I feel I should and am obligated to as this is biased to the maximum point, and it could use some true research. I think everything in the article is pro and there is no equal con to match it with, also has un-related topics. Bvc123q (talk) 02:45, 26 March 2012 (UTC)
The Global Post "news" website is pro-Amerian anti-Russia, Syria, etc. It is like Fox "news", don't trust it. You are absolutely right, this is very biased and misleading. It is little wonder Americans are so ignorant of world events and their government's role in global conflict. I wonder who really funds this propaganda rag. The last thing Americans need is another agenda driven news rag which lies to the people. Shameful, really. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A00:1028:8D1C:741E:9A3:2895:EF1C:1A80 (talk) 11:57, 27 September 2014 (UTC)
Edward R. Murrow Award
editThis edit lead to a dis-ambiguous notice. I can't sort this because I don't know which of the various Edward R. Murrow Awards the GlobalPost received. Proxima Centauri (talk) 09:32, 20 November 2013 (UTC)
