I think that the name Global Climate Action Portal (NAZCA) is better to this page because this site contain also the commitments of states. This is the name of the site right now, this is what writed in the "about" section. Another reason is that I think the importance of the site is high and it should be mentioned. Hi אלכסנדר סעודה, the links I saw where to another website that used Non-state Actor Zone for Climate Action (NAZCA) as their title in the About Us section; those links seem to be gone now?
