Don't want to sound critical, I'm appreciative of Wiki editors, they do a great job, and I understand the concept of Wikipedia's stance on timeline / deadline, but, couldn't an automated bot, be written, so the bot's script, simply converts the headers into bluetext, and maybe clips the first paragraph as a description?
I would think that, these principles would constitute a universal development, that would assist many areas of Wikipedia, not just the subject of plant diseases.
