Well, you've re-formatted it and added some material that doesn't come directly from the decision, but it's still basically a copy-paste of the opinion. It's better to summarize from secondary sources (eg. what newspapers reported on the decision when it was issued?) –Roscelese (talk ⋅ contribs) 04:12, 31 March 2012 (UTC)

Consolidated references

I added citation details to the bare URLs, but they should be moved inline. I eliminated some unneeded links, such as dictionary entries for ex post facto and the 14th Amendment, which are wikilinked already.
