Proposed deletion of Goldblatt v. Hempstead

The article Goldblatt v. Hempstead has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Wikipedia is not the right place to copy/paste the entire text of legal documents.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
