The result of the proposal was no consensus. --BDD (talk) 00:56, 24 January 2014 (UTC)

- Oppose. A perfect case of an official name that is not necessarily the best article name. Andrewa (talk) 11:17, 17 January 2014 (UTC)
- Rename to Novices' Chase. There is no need, that the article's name should contain the name of the sponsor. This way the article name also becomes more stable. @Andrewa: Armbrust The Homunculus 15:29, 17 January 2014 (UTC)
- Comment: That is progress, and I'm not necessarily opposed to this counter proposal. This is at least not in blatant defiance of the official Wikipedia policy on article names, which nominators of and contributors to requested move discussions are urged to read in several places including the header box of this section (while the discussion is open, it will change when it's closed). But it would be even better if a case were to be made in terms of that policy and/or the many, many information pages that attempt to explain it. No change of vote for now, but I'll try to get back to it. Andrewa (talk) 19:40, 18 January 2014 (UTC)
