- Neither Canada nor the United States allows foreign-based companies to be the majority owner of a broadcasting entity, so no. In addition, this article already contains a hatnote directing users who are looking for the US-based company to another article — KTLA's owner was called Golden West Broadcasters, not Broadcasting.
