Additional information on communities effected

It is important to include the rural communities effected by this project (primarily Brule and Spink Townships.). The project itself takes a significant 2000 acres of farmland out of production. Residents of these farmlands are outnumbered (and outvoted) by residents of the larger settled communities. Llcowell (talk) 17:00, 31 May 2009 (UTC)lcowellReply
