Outsourcing Section

Why is this section here? It reads like a news report or fear mongering from a person involved with the issue. [3] doesn't even contain the information quoted.

No other Canadian provincial page has this section, yet "outsourcing" or privatization can be found in all provinces. MikeyMoose (talk) 15:13, 2 November 2015‎
