Placing info in the right category.

I made a recent edit about San Francisco’s ban on E-cigarettes and I wasn’t sure if I put it in the right category so if it’s the wrong category then feel free to tell me or fix it for me Thank you! Coopachup (talk) 03:41, 26 June 2019 (UTC)

Remove Plague section?

Not sure how this fits in with the topic of this article. It is under Health Dept, still the article is about the Government and a specific occurrence may not be appropriate here.
