? completeness
editI'm not sure how this list was created, but I'm not sure it is complete eg I can't find Bath Abbey aka The Abbey Church of Saint Peter, Bath & there may be others. Some buildings have different names on wikipedia & I will try to add some of the links, also many of the churches are described in village articles but do not have specific articles of their own - I will do my best to make this clear in the list.— Rod talk 19:32, 2 October 2008 (UTC)
- Can the original creator of this list give the source as it includes (for example) Cleveland House in Bath which according to the listing at English Heritage is grade II.— Rod talk 08:04, 3 October 2008 (UTC)
- Hello Rod, good to get some feedback. I've taken the list from Images of England, as the best source available to me. I intend to check all the links once I have reformatted and uploaded the lists from those I have prepared for the flickr group at [1]. Indeed, I have started to compare with the category list for each county to which I link. From there, the intention is to get illustrated articles for lots of buildings - I'll make a template, and we have lots of pictures available.
- To specifics, 1) Bath Abbey: IoE does not show Grade A churches in its Grade I list. This includes many which have been changed to Grade I - I have found a separate list of these but to the best of my knowledge there are 38 or so churches remaining at Grade A. Thanks for identifying one of my missing ones! I may have checked anyway because I've just been to photo in Bath! [2] 2) Cleveland House is not on my list. Template
editbtw If someone has the time, it would be better for the list to adopt a template like one used by one of the counties in Category:Lists_of_Grade_I_listed_buildings_in_England_by_county which don't start "List of..." —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mark Wheaver (talk • contribs) 10:19, 3 October 2008 (UTC)

OSM map of all Somerset Grade I listed buildings
editFrom across the pond, just trying to help: I just added to the article: Click here to see an interactive OpenStreetMap with locations of all Grade I listed buildings, Somerset-wide, for which coordinates are included in the list-articles linked below.
This will currently be accurate, if and only if all Grade I listed buildings of Somerset, and no other places, are covered in members of Category:Lists_of_Grade_I_listed_buildings_in_Somerset. --Doncram (talk) 17:13, 5 October 2022 (UTC)
- Its pretty unconventional to have external links like that, especially making the entire paragraph bold. Furthermore, having a link with the text "here" is against accessibility I believe Dajasj (talk) 12:49, 1 August 2023 (UTC)
