Galloping Gourmet reference
editThis article seems to contradict itself. In the Biography section, it states that the name of his television show ("The Galloping Gourmet") came from his onscreen persona. Later, it says that the television show was named after a book that he co-authored. If nobody beats me to it (and I'm betting nobody will), I'll look around and try to find out where the name came from. Destro 21:54, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
- I've searched around and haven't found a reference as to why the title was chosen. However, on Graham Kerr's home site the book "The Galloping Gourmets" was produced in 1965 (not 1967 as listed in the Wikipedia trivia section of Graham Kerr, but it could be wrong because Len Evens is really Len Evans). I'll continue looking ... Roaming27 06:22, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
Brighton College?
editDid Kerr attend Brighton College, the independent school, or the forerunner of City College Brighton & Hove? The latter (which teaches catering) lists him as an alumnus. Itsmejudith (talk) 09:30, 19 June 2008 (UTC)
MEV?
editSurely this has to be some vego attempt to colour a chef as a vegetarian chef. Find a source or get rid of this here-say tripe. Trumpy (talk) 07:48, 10 December 2010 (UTC)

>>>Take Kerr?
editI remember seeing these Take Kerr spots on television in the 1970s, but I'm sure that they were actually called Take Kèrr – with a grave accent – as if to imply that the title should be pronounced like "take care". There don't seem to be any episodes of Take Kèrr on YouTube, and nor could I find any written example of the title through Google. If, however, Take Kèrr is found to be the right spelling, the one that actually appeared in the show, then I suggest that it should be written that way here.
