grain quality - the quality of the article
editNeeds to improve English - could do that though not my first language either. But more importantly: the article should at least refer to specific quality measures, such as Hagberg numbers, wet gluten content, milling particle size etc., and if referring to other grains other than wheat it should include the whole variety of grains not just rice. I cannot write this but someone should, maybe. Food and especially grain production are going to become very hot topics in the imminent future. So we need access to the tools that help us manage. gopfem
