The Cambridge companion to the French novel: from 1800 to the present - Page xxii Timothy Unwin, Timothy A. Unwin - 1997 has "Prizes for Francophone literature outside France include the Grand Prix de la Francophonie de l'Academie Francaise, and the Grand Prix Litteraire d'Afrique Noire." but is there an English name for this prize?
