My comment was removed as "vandalism".
Can someone explain how a first source, as I live in the surrounding area and visited the Gan Shmuel shopping center yesterday, only to find my car windshield covered with fine sticky dots (which can only be oil, given the article I provided: https://www.gov.il/he/departments/news/granot_ganshmuel)
Is vandalism?
There are many children in my area which suffer from cancers, much more than normal.
The Gan Shmuel Granot Natural Gas refinery is not the only factory, but it is also producing fine natural gas particulates as far as I can tell.
I apologize for calling your edit vandalism. It should have been removed as a good-faith edit. The issue here is that Wikipedia is not a forum for "personal experience" based on original research. If your have a complaint against Granot or suspect they are causing pollution, you may well be right, but posting it in this article on Wikipedia is not the way to address that. The purpose of Wikipedia is to provide reliable information, not to post accusations without the backing of a reliable source. Everyone is welcome to edit here, but anonymous edits by an IP to discredit a company or organization are not acceptable.Geewhiz (talk) 07:35, 2 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
