Merger proposal
This subject is covered in much more detail in Gravitational wave#Gravitational wave detectors, so it's probably worth merging the two articles. Djr32 (talk) 15:41, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
That might be true for the present versions. Eventually, though, given how broad a subject this is, there will have to be a separate article for gravitational wave detectors. I don't know whether it's better for this stub to be left as a stand-alone article, and wait for it to grow, or to temporarily merge it into Gravitational waves and later create a new spin-off. My preference would be for the merger not to go ahead, but for some of the content of Gravitational wave#Gravitational wave detectors to be moved here. - Fair point - I think that moving some of the more detector-specific material from the gravitational wave article to here might be the best approach. Djr32 (talk) 22:41, 13 February 2009 (UTC)
- I've made a start with that. The current page basically is a copy-and-paste with some reformatting of Gravitational wave#Gravitational wave detectors. This can be expanded reorganized later. (TimothyRias (talk) 13:48, 24 April 2009 (UTC))
AIGO
Perhaps AIGO should be added to this article.

High Frequency Detectors
There ought to be a mistake in the frequency range given at the beginning of this paragraph (same in article on gravitational waves). I understand "high frequency" GW are usually taken to start at 10^5 Hz (not 10^-7 till 10^5). Greetings, 85.3.224.229 (talk) 14:16, 6 November 2010 (UTC)
