Overall:   Recently created, really interesting article, long enough, and I don't see anything preventing this from becoming a DYK. I never knew that Greece was the only country to have left the Council of Europe. Jon698 talk 14:57, 17 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

As countries, they were never members of the Council of Europe to begin with. Kosovo did not leave the Council of Europe either[1] (t · c) buidhe 17:55, 30 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
