Heroic Age, Other uses

edit

// Heroic Age is also the name of an Anime and some other articles. Heroic Age redirect directy here with no hint of other uses. Could this be taken into concideration? //Micze

Overlinked or misnamed

edit

I'll remove the overlinked-template. The problem of this article is not that it has too many links. Perhaps it can be argued that it should have more text.

The problem with this article is probably that the name "Heroic Age" is misleading. First of all, the heroic age varies in different native literatures (Encyclopedia Britannica). This article should have been called "The Greek Heroic Age" e.g. And even then, we would expect an in-depth article about the ancient Greek world (politics, life, art etc.) in this era called the Heroic Age. Instead, all we get is a list of its heroes. Perhaps the best name for this article would have been "Heroes of the Greek Heroic Age". Debresser (talk) 00:19, 5 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Maybe if we can can inporve the article, a better name could be the Greek Heroic Age or the Ancient Greek Heroic Age. Kyriakos (talk) 22:54, 11 April 2009 (UTC)Reply
That would be the best thing, but depends on some serious improvements. As it is now, this is just a list of Heroes of the Greek heroic Age. Debresser (talk) 23:06, 11 April 2009 (UTC)Reply
So that makes it a stub then. Either way, "Heroic Age" is still just wrong. Chris Weimer (talk) 06:47, 14 November 2010 (UTC)Reply
