Location of the house

The article places the house near Galmpton, Torbay. However, Pevsner (Devon, 2004,p=525), Historic England [1] and British Listed Buildings Online [2], all locate it in Kingswear. Thoughts? KJP1 (talk) 12:08, 13 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
