CEO of a well known company, which has an article, and conviction for backdating stock options which received significant coverage in the press (with reference) would seem like enough to avoid a speedy deletion. AugustSauce 00:12, 13 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

I deleted the speedy/hangon tags. It seems to me there is a decent assertion of notability made. A search of Google News[1] came up with a large number of sources. - Fordan (talk) 01:18, 13 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

This very much reads like a press release for the CEO. Look at the part about the trial -- very strong use of adjectives and weasel words. It hardly seems unbiased, at all.209.6.93.248 (talk) 01:53, 23 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

The article says both " After the trial’s conclusion, however, Moore recanted her testimony, claiming that she had been bullied and pressured by the prosecution to give false testimony." and "Moore's conflicting statements were not disclosed during the trial, and prosecutor Adam Reeves made numerous statements to the jury using Moore's testimony to support his argument that Reyes had deceived Brocade’s finance department[.]"

The only conflicting statements that were mentioned occurred before and after the 1st trial, so, of course the prosecutor couldn't have been hiding them the jury during the trial. JoshNarins (talk) 18:57, 24 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
