Adding and changing incorrect information to the article

edit

Hi,

I recently signed up to Wikipedia, and was checking to see if I could contribute in any way and saw this article. I tried to make some minor edits (from my point of view) and I got a message from the Bot informing me that it had reverted an external link I added, which I'm not going to discuss here. What I don't understand is why the Bot reverted also changes that I know 100% are correct, and the information in the article is incorrect, e.g. "stuffed aubergines (bubangos)", it's not aubergines, it's courgettes.

On another point I tried to link this article, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manuel_Mora_Morales, to fix the status of Orphan the article has, but again the edit, which was adding another Curiosity, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guachinche#Curiosities, was reverted. When I tried to link the article the message said 'the article doesn't exist'.

Is there any chance of help? I live in Tenerife and have been to quite a few guachinches, this is why I believe I'm a trusted and reliable source.

If you need more information, please let me know or if the way it's been presented is in a wrong manner excuse me, I've edited on Wikipedia, but that was a long time ago (just minor edits), and I see things have changed quite a lot.

I've moved the help me template to the appropriate place instead of being within your post. Regarding your question, we cannot accept personal information as a source, as it is difficult to verify such information. Wikipedia can only accept published independent reliable sources.
The bot reverted your entire series of edits because of the improper link; the bot does not know if your other content was valid or not. 331dot (talk) 13:33, 16 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
